Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Cuddle Power Place™ to bring creativity, connection, and comfort to your special event! Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and joyful experience for all: 📅 Booking & Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and supplies. The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before the event. Parties must be booked at least 7 days in advance to allow for preparation and customization. ⏳ Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your party up to 72 hours before your event at no additional charge (subject to availability). If you cancel less than 72 hours before the event, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. If Cuddle Power Place™ needs to cancel for any reason, we will offer a full refund or help reschedule your event at your convenience.
