Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from when you receive an item to return it.

• Return eligibility requires your item to be in the same condition you received.

• Your item must be in its original packaging.

• Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. In addition, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

• You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING INFO

We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

CuddlePowerPlace.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CuddlePowerPlace.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.

Damages

CuddlePowerPlace.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
